Interest in the Observer Program is often generated through personal contacts. TechSea International is continuing its successful referral program. A $200 recruitment bonus is offered to our current Observers that refer a candidate who successfully completes the initial training and a deployment. We also accept referrals from Observers with prior experience and entry level applicants that are currently registered through our online application process.
